Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Roadway Engineer to lead the technical development of urban roadway design projects, perform quality assurance on major interstate and state highway transportation projects, provide expert engineering guidance, support project management and client interactions, and supervise professional and technical staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of roadway engineering design experience, and a professional engineering license, with experience in highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning, site planning, alignments, CAD plans, and coordination of survey, grading, drainage, and utilities. MicroStation, InRoads, Microsoft Office, leadership, communication, and project management skills are preferred or required.
