STV is seeking an experienced Senior Roadway Engineer / Project Manager to lead and manage complex roadway design projects in Virginia. The role involves working with VDOT, transit agencies, and local municipalities, requiring technical excellence, project leadership, and client engagement. Responsibilities include leading projects from concept to delivery, acting as Engineer of Record, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with design standards, managing budgets and schedules, engaging with clients, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development.
