Foundry Robotics is hiring a Senior Robotics Control Engineer to design and develop real-time control systems for advanced robotic manipulators. The role focuses on torque control, low-impedance control, trajectory optimization, inverse dynamics, whole-arm motion control, state estimation, sensor fusion, simulation validation, hardware bring-up, tuning, and regression testing. Candidates need at least five years of experience with optimization-based multi-DOF control, state estimation, sensor fusion, spatial kinematics and dynamics, and C++ and Python. The position is based in Emeryville and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 USD, plus equity and benefits.
