Molg is hiring a Senior Robotics Engineer to develop software for robotic hardware, microfactories, assembly intelligence, computer vision, and motion planning. The role involves building CAD-to-motion and grasp-planning workflows, advancing simulation and motion-planning capabilities, and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on tooling, fixturing, vision systems, and control systems. Candidates need at least five years of experience developing automated solutions with six-degree-of-freedom robots, five years of Python3 or C++ experience, robotics software expertise, and experience moving robotics software from proof-of-concept to production. The position is fully in-person at Molg HQ in Sterling, Virginia.
