Quantum Systems is hiring a Senior Robotics Engineer to develop autonomous Drone Port capabilities for UAV launch, landing, charging, health monitoring, and mission readiness. The role covers perception, control, embedded software, sensor integration, sensor fusion, communication interfaces, diagnostics, hardware bring-up, system validation, and flight testing, while collaborating with mechanical, electrical, systems, AI, and flight-test teams. Candidates need a master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, several years of robotic or autonomous-systems experience, strong C++ and Python skills, embedded C/C++ experience, robotics and control expertise, ROS or ROS2 experience, and familiarity with embedded Linux and CI/CD workflows.
