Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Roofing Project Manager to lead multiple roofing projects from start-up through handover. The role manages sites, quality, safety, scheduling, profitability, budgets, deadlines, materials, teams, subcontractors, client and stakeholder relationships, and long-term projects with budgets up to €2 million across Limburg, the Kempen, Brussels, and the Liège region. Candidates need at least five years of roofing-sector project-management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, initiative, and sufficient French proficiency for the Liège region.
