Description
CmdScale is hiring a full-time Rust Software Engineer and Consultant to work directly on customer projects from the first contact through delivery, combining technical development with strategic IT consulting. The role requires at least five years of professional Rust experience, expert knowledge of memory management and concurrency, consulting and communication skills in German and English, and the ability to demonstrate Rust code or project references. The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany or in the Munich office, with occasional travel to customer sites, and offers a base salary of 70,000€ to 85,000€ plus variable bonuses.
