Description
Skydropx is hiring a Senior Rust Developer to lead the design and development of scalable services and high-performance components, make architectural decisions, improve code quality and testing, solve complex distributed-system problems, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. The role requires extensive experience with Rack applications, Rust in production, JavaScript, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and technical leadership, with cloud, Kafka, containerization, observability, and open-source experience considered advantageous. The position is 100% remote across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Panama, and Peru, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule in Mexico City time.
