ERNI is hiring a Senior Rust Engineer for an International Service Delivery Center in Spain to build a next-generation data management platform using a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture. The role involves designing and maintaining Rust backend components, implementing asynchronous solutions, integrating with laboratory information systems and instruments, ensuring regulatory and quality requirements, maintaining automated testing and documentation, and mentoring peers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in software or electrical engineering, strong Rust development experience, distributed-systems expertise, container and orchestration knowledge, and English fluency.
