Description
Amgen is hiring a Senior SAFe Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Train execution across one or more ARTs. The role facilitates PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies, manages cross-team dependencies and risks, coaches Agile teams and leaders, monitors delivery metrics, supports enterprise portfolio initiatives, and drives Lean-Agile transformation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 12–17 years of experience in software delivery, Agile program management, product delivery, or related technology leadership roles, along with expertise in SAFe, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, stakeholder management, and data-focused projects.
