Description
The Senior Safety Coordinator supports Layton Construction project teams by enforcing environmental, safety, and health standards; monitoring OSHA and company compliance; investigating accidents and near misses; supporting workers’ compensation and injury management; conducting site orientations, industrial hygiene surveys, respirator fit tests, and safety training; and assisting with FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory compliance. The role requires construction or industrial health and safety experience, OSHA 510, OSHA 30-hour construction training, STS certification, and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, with a BA/BS preferred.
