Factor, a HelloFresh brand, is hiring a Senior Safety Specialist to lead workplace safety initiatives at a distribution center. The role covers OSHA compliance, powered industrial truck safety, lockout/tagout, training, incident investigations, safety data analysis, contractor and visitor safety, emergency response coordination, job safety analysis, and collaboration with security, quality, food safety, production, and logistics. Day and night shifts are available, and the position requires at least three years of occupational safety experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or a high school diploma plus four or more years of EHS experience.
