The role leads monthly and quarterly commission payment validation and processing, maintains compensation systems and data integrity, collaborates with Finance, HR, and Sales, prepares reports and dashboards, resolves commission inquiries, and improves processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in commission processing or financial analysis, advanced Excel, strong accuracy, organization, and communication skills; SAP Commissions experience and German are advantageous.
