NiCE Cognigy is hiring a Senior Presales / Sales Engineering Expert to own the technical narrative for complex enterprise deals across Eastern Europe, with the role based in Germany and supported by the DACH business. The position leads discovery, product demonstrations, solution design, POCs, competitive comparisons, thought leadership, and internal enablement, while requiring enterprise software, AI agents, contact center, NLP, and generative AI expertise. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Sales Engineering and is marked as remote.
