NiCE is hiring a remote Sales Engineer based in Sweden to support strategic enterprise software opportunities across the Nordic territory. The role partners with sales, conducts discovery calls and technical deep dives, delivers customized product demonstrations, designs and recommends solutions for NiCE Cognigy, analyzes customer requirements, provides technical support, compares competing conversational AI products, and delivers internal training. The position requires enterprise software, JavaScript, conversational AI, contact center, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.
