Cision is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst for its Americas RevOps team. The role partners with sales leadership across Cision, Brandwatch, PR Newswire, and Trajaan to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, seller productivity, and revenue predictability. Responsibilities include recurring and ad hoc reporting, MBR and QBR preparation, Salesforce and connected-systems data governance, sales-process administration, annual planning, dashboard development, territory and account-hierarchy support, CRM and BI enhancements, SOP documentation, and AI/automation opportunities. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and hands-on Salesforce and Power BI experience. The OTE range is $90,000–$110,000 CAD.
