Description
Alteva RCM is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and improve the Salesforce platform for its IDR Team. The role manages users, security, Lightning applications, data, reports, and dashboards; gathers and documents business requirements; builds and troubleshoots Salesforce Flows and declarative automations; improves workflows; and provides user support and training. Candidates need at least five years of Salesforce administration experience, strong Lightning and Flow expertise, business-requirements experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a $110,000–$145,000 USD pay range and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
