Description
PointClickCare is hiring a Senior Salesforce Architect to design, deliver, and continuously improve its Product-to-Cash landscape on Salesforce. The role coaches engineers and solution designers, produces high- and low-level designs, manages architecture roadmaps, governs Salesforce platform standards, and owns end-to-end quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfillment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and customer support solutions. It requires deep Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing expertise, complex B2B SaaS Salesforce experience, integration and enterprise architecture knowledge, and an AI-first approach using Agentforce and Claude-based solutions. The position is remote with travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for office events, and offers a CAD base salary of $125,500-$139,400 plus bonus and benefits.
