Description
PointClickCare is hiring a Senior Salesforce Architect to design, deliver, and continuously improve its Product-to-Cash landscape on Salesforce. The role coaches engineers and solution designers, produces high- and low-level designs, manages architecture roadmaps, governs integrations and platform standards, and owns end-to-end quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfillment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support solutions. It requires deep Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing expertise, 10+ years of Salesforce experience, and an AI-first approach using Agentforce and Claude-based solutions. The position is remote with travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for office events, and the US base salary range is $157,600-$175,100 plus bonus and benefits.
