The role requires 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, integrations, deployment, and version control, along with a STEM degree or technical training and experience coordinating technical activities and onboarding junior colleagues. The position is based in Assago, Rome, or Pozzuoli, with possible smart working and international travel.
