Discord is hiring a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead for its Business Systems team to lead Salesforce architecture, design, development, integrations, DevOps, and technical support across Ad Sales. The role manages a third-party development team, coordinates with MuleSoft and other stakeholders, maintains ITGC and SOX readiness, and provides L2 and L3 Salesforce support. Candidates need at least six years of Salesforce development experience, strong APEX and Lightning Web Components knowledge, integration and DevOps expertise, and the ability to work in the San Francisco Bay Area. The full-time position offers a US base salary of $192,000 to $216,000 plus equity and benefits.
