Pilgrim’s is hiring a Senior Sanitation Manager for the 3rd shift to lead sanitation operations in a poultry processing plant. The role oversees cleaning procedures, audits, regulatory compliance, employee training, cross-functional collaboration, and the sanitation budget. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a related college degree, and five years of sanitation or supervisory/managerial experience; SAP experience and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekend work, and benefits begin after 60 days of employment.
