Description
Apple is hiring an SAP Performance Engineer in Shanghai to own end-to-end performance for SAP Business Technology Platform applications across browser, API, integration, runtime, and network layers. The role designs realistic load, stress, soak, and capacity test scenarios; analyzes latency and throughput; optimizes event-driven flows, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production incidents; and establishes performance engineering practices for the Shanghai team. Candidates need at least 8 years of software or performance engineering experience, SAP BTP or equivalent enterprise PaaS experience, production incident ownership, load-testing expertise, and proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
