AFRY Digital Services is hiring a Java/Scala developer to build big-data services and pipelines using Scala. The role involves developing algorithms for matching, conflation, anomaly identification, and improving system scale, efficiency, and data freshness; proposing process automation; and defining requirements for new functionality. The position requires strong JVM and Scala knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, English communication skills, and either permanent residency in Sweden or commitment to move to Sweden, with work on-site in Malmö.
