Newham is hiring a Senior School Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term post covering maternity leave, based at Newham Dockside with work across the borough. The role delivers holistic health assessments and care plans for children and young people, leads service delivery and innovation, develops multi-agency partnerships, supports safeguarding and Early Help, mentors pre-registration and SCPHN students, and maintains electronic records. Applicants must be NMC-registered nurses with a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing) qualification or be near completion, and have significant post-registration experience working with children, young people, and families.
