The London Borough of Newham is hiring a Senior School Nurse to work with children, young people, and families across the borough, including at Newham Dockside. The role delivers holistic health assessments and care plans, leads service delivery and innovation, develops multi-agency partnerships, supports safeguarding and Early Help, mentors pre-registration and SCPHN students, and maintains electronic records.
