Genentech is hiring a Bioinformatics Software Engineer to build, maintain, and productionize reproducible and scalable workflows, libraries, and visualizations for proteomics and genomics data analysis and quality control. The role supports target and biomarker discovery, multi-modal analyses, AI/ML efforts, data reuse, and collaboration with computational scientists, software engineers, and data scientists.
