Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another relevant STEM field, or a graduate degree with related experience; alternatively, 19 years of related experience without a degree.
Required Previous Experiences: Digital and analog phased-array design for multi-beam AESAs and ESAs
Detailed phased-array RF performance design, including link budget, cascade, signal, S-parameter, matching, filtering, nonlinear, temperature, and isolation analysis
RF performance analysis of passive and active components
RF hardware design across VHF, UHF, and microwave bands
Advanced use of RF simulation and analysis tools
Engineering leadership experience in an IPTL, PI, Chief Systems Engineer, or Chief Engineer role
Preferred Qualifications: TS/SCI security clearance
MMIC or RFIC design experience
RF hybrid multi-chip module experience
Advanced RF laboratory equipment experience
RF system and component troubleshooting
Schematic and PCB layout experience
