Prime Medicine is hiring a Senior Scientist / Senior Engineer, LNP Process Development to lead the development, characterization, scale-up, and technology transfer of robust lipid nanoparticle formulation and drug product manufacturing processes. The role covers LNP mixing and tangential flow filtration, process optimization, CMC documentation, regulatory submissions, and collaboration with research, platform, and therapeutic-area teams. Candidates need a relevant Ph.D. with 8+ years of industrial experience or an M.S. with 12+ years, along with expertise in LNP formulation, TFF, analytical characterization, DoE, QbD, and CMC requirements. The U.S. base salary range is $145,000–$161,000, with short- and long-term incentives and comprehensive benefits.
