Description
Intellia is hiring a Process Development Scientist to serve as subject matter expert for sgRNA upstream process and process chemistry within the Oligonucleotide and Lipid Process Sciences team. The role leads solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis development, optimization, characterization, scalability, and technology transfer; supports downstream purification and process validation; manages lab resources and cross-functional workstreams; and mentors junior scientists. The position requires a PhD or MS in a relevant scientific discipline, hands-on experience with automated synthesizers and HPLC, and at least two years of experience for a PhD or eight years for an MS. It is an on-site role with a base salary of $136,800 to $167,200 USD per year, plus bonus and equity compensation.
