Description
Euroclear is hiring a Senior Scrum Master in its Group Business Solutions division to lead up to two local and offshore Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile adoption, and serve as an Agile ambassador. The role also owns project planning, governance, budgets, staffing, resource allocation, supplier contracts, feasibility analysis, and delivery oversight across medium- to large-scale initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methods. Candidates should have wholesale financial markets experience, people leadership experience, Certified Scrum Master credentials, and preferably a recognized project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMI. This is a permanent position, with no freelance or contract arrangements offered.
