N-iX is hiring a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Master to support and coordinate four development teams within ControlExpert as the project transitions from intensive delivery to a more sustainable structure. The role focuses on improving delivery flow, cross-team collaboration, transparency, ownership, and team maturity; resolving dependencies and blockers; coaching teams and individuals; facilitating conflict resolution; supporting organizational change; and providing data-backed insights to management. The position offers a flexible working format including remote, office-based, or flexible arrangements.
