Description
Interclypse is hiring an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support a large-scale software and hardware integration effort. The role facilitates self-organizing teams and multiple Agile Release Trains, protects teams from scope creep, removes impediments, coordinates with Release Train Engineers and Product Owners, leads SAFe ceremonies, coaches teams on Scrum and Kanban, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant Scrum Master or similar technical-team experience, agile project-management certification, and experience with agile tools; a technical bachelor's degree and experience with large software systems, hardware integration, and SAFe are preferred.
