Description
KEYES is hiring a Senior Scrum Master to implement and adapt Scrum and Agile practices across an organization, facilitate Scrum events, support the Product Owner and Team Lead, manage the Product Backlog, remove impediments, and foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The role requires proven Scrum Master experience in complex Agile environments, significant Project Manager experience, strong leadership and communication skills, experience with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and good French proficiency. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with work from the company’s Liège-region buildings and up to three days per week from home.
