Description
SET– Software Engineering GmbH is hiring a Senior Scrum Master focused on software development and DevOps. The role guides software development teams through planning, prioritization, risk management, Scrum events, and process improvement; supports Product Owners and other stakeholders; and provides guidance on DevOps, CI/CD, releases, automation, and the software development lifecycle. The position requires at least five years of practical Scrum or comparable agile experience, strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge, experience with agile tools and diverse stakeholders, and strong facilitation and communication skills.
