Expereo is hiring for an indefinite contract night shift SD-WAN engineering and service management role focused on end-to-end ownership of complex network incidents across underlay and overlay environments. The position requires senior escalation handling, deep troubleshooting using packet captures and monitoring tools, customer communication, and ITIL-based incident/problem/change management in enterprise multi-vendor networks. Candidates need 5+ years of networking experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field, CCNA certification, and familiarity with SD-WAN platforms, routing/switching, VPNs, and network security.
