Elastic is hiring an SDR Enablement Manager to architect and standardize learning journeys for its International (EMEA & APJ) Sales Development organization. The role focuses on onboarding and ever-boarding, interactive workshops, pipeline-generation training, certification programs, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of SDR enablement. Candidates need at least three years of sales development or related experience, a track record in prospecting or full-cycle sales, strong mentoring and facilitation skills, and experience designing training programs. Compensation is a base salary of €61,600–€97,500 EUR.
