FCC is hiring a Senior Second Language Teacher to lead the design and continuous improvement of its second language program while teaching French and English to employees. The role includes curriculum and assessment development, learner progress monitoring, program evaluation, placement and enrollment planning, coaching employees and leaders, and mentoring other language teachers. It requires a bachelor's degree in education, at least six years of teaching experience, advanced English and French proficiency, and expertise in second-language acquisition, adult learning, and instructional design. The position is permanent, hybrid, and based in Canada, with a salary of $83,040 to $112,340 plus an eligible performance-based incentive.
