BitGo is hiring a Senior Application Security Engineer to lead the technical execution of its product security strategy for FinTech and Web3 digital asset platforms. The role focuses on threat modeling, secure-by-default cloud architecture, automated security controls in CI/CD, encryption and key management, vulnerability management, bug bounty and penetration testing, incident response, and AI application security. It requires at least eight years of experience scaling security programs, strong distributed-systems and cloud engineering expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field. The position is full-time and onsite at BitGo’s Palo Alto office, with a stated average base salary of $200,000–$235,000 USD.
