Description
GitLab is hiring a Senior Security Compliance Engineer to support its Public Sector Compliance team and the GitLab Dedicated and GitLab Dedicated for Government SaaS offerings. The role develops and manages GRC strategies, leads security assessments and certifications, supports FedRAMP continuous monitoring, automates compliance processes, and advises customers and senior stakeholders. Candidates must be United States citizens and based in the United States, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of GRC or cybersecurity experience, and proven experience with certifications such as FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC 2, IRAP, and ISO 27001. The position is remote and offers a base salary of $139,200–$196,000 USD.
