Isomorphic Labs is hiring a Senior AI Security Engineer to report to the CISO and secure its AI-first drug-discovery platform and autonomous agentic workflows. The role covers adversarial threat modeling, protection of machine-learning model artifacts, guardrails and sandboxing for LLM ecosystems, security controls across the ML lifecycle, AI-specific incident response, automated threat hunting, compliance monitoring, and AI safety governance. Candidates need deep knowledge of AI/ML engineering, adversarial ML, cloud infrastructure, security automation, and communication with AI researchers; experience with AI red teaming, regulated environments, and relevant certifications is preferred. The position follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance three days per week.
