Justworks is hiring a Senior Security Engineer specializing in AI to drive the company’s AI strategy and digital security objectives. The role focuses on researching AI threats, evaluating and improving AI security controls, designing secure AI architectures, implementing security capabilities in AWS, participating in AI R&D, and supporting incident triage. Candidates need extensive information security and AI security experience, software engineering or security architecture experience, cloud-native AWS expertise, scripting and automation skills, and knowledge of AI/ML technologies and security best practices. The position is based in the New York City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a base salary of $167,500 to $226,300 per year.
