bsport is hiring a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to build and operate its security program from the ground up. The role combines 60% hands-on security engineering—hardening AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, application security, authentication, vulnerability management, and incident response—with 40% security culture and training. It requires 5+ years of relevant security experience, strong AWS or GCP security knowledge, application security expertise, incident-response experience, and programming skills. The position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid model of two remote days per week plus 15 additional remote days annually, and includes fully covered health insurance.
