Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Security Engineer for its Red Team organization to lead operations and collaborate with experienced red teamers in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities across application, cloud, network, hardware, and operational security domains. The role involves adversarial emulation, vulnerability discovery, tool prototyping, threat intelligence, and collaboration with developers, security teams, and Blue Teams to improve Microsoft’s defenses. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field plus 3–4 years of security or related experience, or equivalent experience, along with the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
