Description
Roofr is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to report to the VP of Engineering and work with the CTO and DevOps on improving the company’s security posture. The role owns cloud security infrastructure, vulnerability management, detection and response, incident response, threat modeling, IAM and compliance, and secure-by-design practices across engineering workflows. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 5–8+ years in security engineering, incident response, or related infrastructure roles, and strong AWS, network, SIEM/SOAR, compliance, and application-code skills. The position is remote-first and offers benefits for United States and Canada employees.
