SEEK is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to support its cyber security strategy through threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, cloud security investigations, and security controls. The role involves analysing threats, investigating incidents, improving detection and response programs, supporting red and purple teaming, and partnering with engineering teams to embed security in product and platform design. Candidates should have at least six years of information security experience, including incident response and detection engineering across cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of information security experience, with a strong emphasis on security operations, incident response, and detection engineering
Experience leading or supporting incident response across AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud environments
Experience investigating cloud-native attack paths, including compromised credentials, service accounts, privilege escalation, persistence, unauthorized API activity, and data exposure
Experience planning, building, operating, and improving threat hunting and incident response capabilities
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or exposure in threat hunting
