SmarterDx is hiring a Security Engineer to own detection engineering and security operations for its clinical AI platform. The role writes and tunes Panther detections, runs the SIEM, investigates alerts, supports incident response, operates AWS cloud security, manages GitHub organization security, partners on network and infrastructure security, and contributes to security automation, design reviews, and vulnerability management. It requires at least four years of security engineering experience, AWS and cloud-native infrastructure expertise, SIEM detection experience, Python or TypeScript fluency, and familiarity with AWS security services and Terraform. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers a $190,000 to $230,000 base salary plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
