Stratolaunch is hiring a Senior Security Engineer – Hypersonic Test Systems to protect hypersonic test articles, infrastructure, and telemetry data from cyber compromise. The role secures embedded systems, operational technology, firmware, command paths, digital twins, and test workflows; performs threat modeling, red-teaming, supply-chain and component assurance, and integrates security into test development. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, experience with non-cloud systems and embedded or bare-metal environments, familiarity with adversary tradecraft and classified or export-controlled environments, and an active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. The position is on-site or hybrid, with a base salary of $120,000–$158,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription-drug coverage, retirement matching, paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
