Oscar is hiring a Senior Security AI Engineer 1 to join its Security Engineering team and report to the Director of Security Engineering. The role focuses on securing Oscar’s digital ecosystem and the safe deployment of artificial intelligence, including AI data and model lifecycles, guardrails, red-teaming, threat modeling, metrics, and secure-by-default practices. It is based in the New York City office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and offers a base salary of $163,944 to $215,176 per year, plus benefits, equity, and performance bonuses.
