Description
HackerOne is hiring a Senior Security Engineer, Identity and Access Management to own the end-to-end identity lifecycle for people, service accounts, and AI agents. The role designs access models based on data classification, engineers identity as code across Okta, Lumos, and AWS IAM, builds AI and LLM-powered access review and anomaly-detection tooling, and partners with Engineering, Enterprise IT, and Compliance. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, enterprise identity-provider and cloud IAM experience, and proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language. The role is remote for candidates near specified U.S. cities or commuting distance from London or the Netherlands, with Seattle or Washington, D.C. compensation of $180,000–$220,000 plus equity options.
